Mr.Nayeem is currently working as a Sr. Engineer at New England, ISO. Previously, he used to work as a Power Systems Model Engineer EMS-SCADA at VELCO.

Nayeem has worked on Power System Test Bed Modelling, Design and Implementation,Microgrid design using Wind, Solar and Fuel Cell resources,Wind Generator and Turbine Emulator modelling and Construction, Flywheel Design and Implementation,Load Modelling, Stability and Security Studies, Unit Commitment and Protection Techniques for Microgrids at Energy Systems Research Laboratory.
